AudioLabel allows you to design and print your own labels and covers for your discs and their cases. The program comes with templates for all kinds of disc cases, such as CD jewel or DVD slim cases. Besides, AudioLabel can easily print out special adhesive labels from multiple brands and in multiple layouts, but it also supports direct disc printing, in case you have a printer that offers this feature.
With AudioLabel, designing your disc labels and covers is a very easy and fast process, which does not require any special knowledge. You can begin by selecting a start-up design, which makes the task much easier. You can select among CD, DVD, and Blu-ray cases, for both 1 and 2 discs. During the design stage, you can switch between different views, according to the template selected. For example, for the "CD Case - 1 Disc" template, you can switch between the front cover, the back cover, and the disc label views.
On the other hand, the program allows you to manage text fields that you can insert in any of the views available. These text fields show information about your disc, like the album title, the author, year, its total duration, and its genre. You can also specify a title for each track and their starting time. If you change any piece of information using the "Text Editor" panel, the change will take effect in all your views. Moreover, the program has a very helpful capability – it can read your disc and retrieve all that information for you, so you do not even need to type it in. In case your disc is an MP3 disc, the program can even read the information in the tags and file names of your MP3 tracks, and add it to the corresponding text fields.
Finally, I will mention that AudioLabel comes with almost 80 stunning images that you can use as background for your disc labels/covers. As for the text boxes in your designs, you can customize their font, size, color, alignment, and effects. The program is even capable of arranging the text boxes automatically for you, so that your design will look similar to a professional one, even if you are a beginner.
All in all, AudioLabel is a powerful tool that allows you to create outstanding designs for all kinds of discs and cases. It includes templates for most adhesive label layouts, while it also supports direct disc printing without any problems.
